Meet the Filmmakers

Every day at Avant Garden after the Norwegian and Nordic competition program.

Meet the makers of the short films in the Nordic and Norwegian competition programmes. The conversation is led by Gunnar Iversen, Professor at the Institute for Art and Media Studies, NTNU. We encourage the audience to take part, share thoughts on the films and to query the participants.

Avant Garden Cafe is located in the same building as the Nova cinema, with address Olav Tryggvason gate 5.

Thursday 20:00 (8 pm): Nordic 1 and Norwegian 1
Friday 18:00 (6 pm): Nordic 2 and Norwegian 2
Saturday 19:00 (7 pm): Nordic 3 and Norwegian 3
Sunday 15:00 (3 pm): Nordic 4 and Norwegian 4

Festival Club

Every evening, Minimalen invites to festival club at Avant Garden for mingling and intense short film discussions.

Open from 17:00 until 02:00.

Wednesday: Opening party & Regional Day.
Thursday: Quick quiz organized by Trondheim Filmklubb at 23:00.
Friday: One-minute-films Party.
Saturday: Festival Party & concert.
Sunday: Award Winner Party.
